Spirituality Made Easy

“I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand.”
– Chinese Proverb

I believe the best way to learn something is to do it, to practice it, to demonstrate it and to make it real in our lives. Spirituality needs to be experienced, not talked about. Spirituality, just do it.

We cannot learn spirituality from a famous guru or a best selling book. Spirituality must be explored and discovered. Spirituality is found in body, emotion, effort, anger, exercise, food, language, gratitude….life. Spirituality is found in living life fully every day, one day at a time, one hour at a time, one minute at a time and one moment at a time.

For me, the best way to experience a strong sense of spirituality is to look for “the good” in every experience. Each time I make a conscious effort t0 see the good in another person or situation, I feel my spirituality radiate. It’s an  extraordinary feeling.

See the good in each person you meet today, and you’ll make it a spiritual day.
Practice makes progress. Progress is good.
