Mentally, do you need to pull yourself out of some situation, or find something to stimulate your mind, like as a good book or a visit to a museum.
Emotionally, are you able to forgive or let go of past resentments or disappointments. Are you strong enough to encourage someone else to see the positive side of a situation?
Spiritually, is it time for quiet meditation or long walk in a beautiful area to commune with nature?
We are are comprised of many different parts that work together to create the whole person we call “ME”. When we pay attention to the individual parts of ourselves, we’ll find that improving ourselves and solving problems in our lives becomes much easier.
