Are you your harshest critic? Sometimes in the midst of intense self-examination, it’s easy to forget what’s good about ourselves.

So for one minute concentrate on your strengths. What do you do well? What positive changes have you made with respect to  your past mistakes? What changes have you made in your attempt for quality of life improvement? For one minute allow yourself to feel good about the progress you’ve made and the direction your headed.

It’s after that one minute of pause that I realize that I am a recovering perfectionist and an aspiring “do my best-ist” one day at a time. It’s a peaceful feeling. HappyNow…
